About the World-Wide Seamen’s Union

The World-Wide Seamen’s Union (WWSU) is a union designed to help international seafarers secure fair pay, conditions and respect on the job. An affiliate of the Seafarers’ International Union of Canada (SIU), the WWSU leverages a vast network of transport unions to provide excellent contracts for crews in need.

If you’re a Canadian owner of a Flag of Convenience (FOC) vessel looking for a fair contract to represent your crews, reach out to the WWSU today.
